In order to reduce your telephone bills, one should select the VoIP provider that offers best rates without sacrificing the quality of service. For assuring enhanced voice clarity and quality, it is important to check that the ACD, ASR and PDD. ACD of above 5-6 should be provided by your VoIP service provider to ensure that you get hassle-free service. ASR between 50-60% and PDD of 5-6 seconds is considered as good. Anything above it is considered as excellent.



Most of the clients are worried about the difficulty that they might have to face while switching to voice over IP telephony service. A good VoIP service provider is aware of this apprehension of the client, and thus makes sure that the integration is easy and doesn't affect the communication model of the client while the installation is taking place.



In order to cut down on the risk factor involved in selecting the best provider, the one who would be able to maximise profits and ensure increased productivity would be the one who has high retention rate and ever increasing customer base.
